Brian P. Lundgren

Brian P. Lundgren focuses solely on representing employers in matters related to employment and labor law. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Lundgren served as an infantry squad leader in the United States Army. After serving in the Army, he attended Hamline University School of Law in Minnesota where he graduated second in his class, summa cum laude, in 2000. Mr. Lundgren has focused his practice on employer defense trial work and litigation. He has represented employers in State and Federal Courts on claims involving all aspects of employment law including whistleblower claims, wage/hour, discrimination, wrongful discharge claims, and similar matters. He has also represented employers in Administrative Agencies on charges, complaints or proceedings involving OSHA claims, EEOC claims, NLRB claims, and similar matters. He applies his trial experience and understanding of employment and labor law to effectively assist employers with compliance issues, risk avoidance, and defense against lawsuits and claims. Mr. Lundgren has been named to Washington’s Rising Stars list, which recognizes outstanding lawyers through a selection process that includes peer nominations and independent research on candidates. He has also been named to Minnesota’s Rising Stars list while practicing in Minnesota.
