Bill Grimm has specialized in the field of employment law since graduating cum laude from the University Of Puget Sound School of Law. His labor law career began as a Field Attorney with the National Labor Relations Board in its Seattle Regional Office, including service as a Deputy Regional Attorney for Region 19 of the National Labor Relations Board. During his tenure with the National Labor Relations Board and Davis Grimm Payne & Marra, Mr. Grimm has actively practiced in State and Federal Court on a wide variety of employment law matters. Since entering private practice, Mr. Grimm has focused his practice on employer defense litigation, representing clients in State and Federal Courts on claims involving employment, wage/hour, discrimination, wrongful discharge and related matters. He also is extensively involved in a wide-range of labor relations matters, including collective bargaining, arbitrations, union organizational campaigns, and National Labor Relations Board proceedings.
