Erik is a partner with Davis Grimm Payne & Marra. He has over a decade of experience representing and advising employers in a wide array of labor and employment law matters.
Erik defends employers in state and federal courts and administrative agencies concerning claims of safety violations, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. He also represents employers in responding to union organizing campaigns, unlawful labor practice charges, and labor arbitrations under collective bargaining agreements.
