Dan Rogers represents management clients and provides counsel and advice regarding all manner of labor and employment issues. He focuses on helping clients avoid problems by identifying potential issues early. Mr. Rogers also understands that when litigation is imminent or unavoidable that thoughtful counsel and zealous advocacy are essential to a successful outcome. He also enjoys working through matters with clients and seeking the best possible path forward for the business as a whole.
Mr. Rogers has extensive experience litigating civil matters. Prior to joining Davis Grimm Payne & Marra, he represented businesses and individuals in labor and employment matters (including wage and hour, non-competition, severance, discrimination, duty of fair representation), commercial matters (breaches of contract, business owner disputes, insurance litigation), and real estate. His experience both prosecuting and defending cases gives him a unique insight into the strategy that is essential to successful litigation.
Mr. Rogers was born and raised in Washington State, he obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Washington State University and graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law. Mr. Rogers takes pride working with clients to provide legal services that fit their specific needs.
