Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant:

We are a longstanding boutique firm that practices labor and employment law exclusively for public and private employers. 

Our Downtown Seattle office is seeking a full time Front Desk Receptionist.

Working hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

Our ideal candidate is professional, courteous, friendly, reliable, efficient, energetic, a quick learner and offers a great first impression of our firm.

Responsibilities:

Answer and transfer calls.

Basic file maintenance and copying.

Greet and assist clients/visitors.

Maintain kitchen and workroom.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail.

Order office and kitchen supplies.

Submit work orders.

Validate parking.

Various projects as needed.

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel)

COVID-19 proof of vaccination

Excellent phone etiquette

High School Diploma / GED

Knowledge of basic office equipment (multi-phone lines, fax machines, desktop computers, copy machines, scanner, postage machine).

Salary:

$20.00 – $25.00 per hour
