Dan is an of-counsel attorney with Davis Grimm Payne & Marra. He has been practicing in employment, construction, and administrative law for over thirteen years.

Dan advises and represents businesses in employment litigation and pre-litigation issues, such as wage and hour, regulatory compliance, compliance reviews, discrimination and leave laws. He also represents management in labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice proceedings, and other traditional labor law matters.
